Hi, if you want to make this clear just say:

"Tu novio te ha puesto los cuernos" (he did it once)
"Tu novio te esta poniendo los cuernos" (if he is still cheating on her)

to cheat = poner los cuernos
Colloquial and universal for everyone that speaks spanish (spaish from spain but I guess a latin would get it either way).

If you want to be a bit more soft try:

"Tu novio te engaña con otra"

literally translating, it would mean that her boyfriend is "fooling her with another one"

if we are talking about a husband, not a boyfriend, simply replace "novio" with "marido".

I have a gf who doesn't speak english. I've been trying to tell her that her man is cheating on her. Can someone help me translate "Your man is a cheater and you are better off without him" for me?
